Got this book first off the book was put together upside down, next open the book and wording is cut off can not even read the whole thing to get recipes or read any thing else about the book. This book is being returned

This is a great diabetic cookbook! Also just good for anyone looking for healthy recipes. I really like the four week meal plans with the pages noted where the recipes are found. It also includes a shopping list for the weekly meal plans. Unlike many diabetic cookbooks the recipes don't use artificial sweeteners. Don't hesitate on buying this one it is wonderful.

I highly recommend this book for both newly diagnosed diabetics and those who need to redirect their food choices, like me. This book helps eliminate the meal planning guess work, because it is very difficult to figure out how start to come up Author a good meal plan and choosing the right foods. It is also a great source of information on the how's and why's of diabetes and I definitely recommend reading this book.

Very great cookbook! This amazing diet is very healthy and is a perfect diet plan for avoiding various chronic diseases like cancer, cardiac complications and also for boosting life expectancy. This diet is very different in its fat intake from the rest of the diet plans. This book will give you a different sound and delightful conditions which will help you to lose your weight and lead a solid life. I recommend this book to all lovers of healthy eating. It is nice cookbook!

They were all amazing. The lay out of this book was easy to follow, with nutrition facts on each recipe. Beautiful artwork, stories with each recipe, and easy to find ingredients. I am the type who is drawn to quick, easy, tasty food. This makes cooking keto enjoyable. I even had most of these ingredients in my cabinet.

I am NOT too crazy about this book! It was one of my mother’s day from my daughter, I just started the Keto diet 6 weeks ago. I thought I was going to be amazed but in the contrary... the recipes are very easy to make and the author makes it soooo hard to make, Do not explains it in a good way, to a point to scare people & makes them afraid & run away from the kitchen! The variety of recipes are not the best either! I really do not like it at all! Do not recommend it, specially if you do not have experience the kitchen! Look gor something else! Thumbs down 👎🏻

Not every person has the opportunity and tendency to peruse heaps of research and materials on diet and sustenance. This book gives you the pieces! My husband has lost 30 lbs in the previous 4 months on keto, all around the center. I am a moderate carb burner and have diabetes in my qualities. I'm not going there. Keto, low carb, paleo when done right is nutient thick and ideal for my families hereditary qualities.

I was looking forward to receiving my copy yesterday (11/16/19). All that joy was gone by evening. The cover of the book is very professional looking. When I opened the book, there was no publication page, editor, etc. Additionally, it is entirely black & white; however, the paper quality itself is acceptable. As I started reading, the material itself seemed to make sense. Then, I noticed grammar mistakes, periods where there should be commas, repetition of half sentences, omission of words and the list goes on. The most irritating error was that information seemed to change throughout the book. For example, root vegetables are not acceptable yet are listed in a recipe. More items were shown in the acceptable and not acceptable lists. Years ago I tried the cabbage soup diet so when this book instructed a diabetic to go a solid two weeks without any carbs; in my non-medical opinion, this sounded like a very dangerous thing to do. All in all, very disappointed in my first keto book and will put it in the trash. I don't trust the information in the book and for that reason won't give it to anyone. I will go to Barnes & Noble for my next purchase. At least there I will be able to see the inside of the book and know that it is professionally edited and published; that it is not a self-published book as this one appears to be.
