I loved each story! One was in particular close to my heart - the one about the little girl having cancer. My spouse passed away from cancer about a year ago, so the emotions were still raw. Aside from that, each story brought on an array of emotions. It was a visual romance movie in my head! Being a former teacher, I noticed that there were some grammatical errors and mixup of characters by the author. I thought of jotting them down, but decided no biggie; I still understood the story! I think it was Book 11 that I got Trey and Tyler confused at times - maybe different names that don't begin with the same letter would be helpful in keeping the characters straight? When I couldn't sleep, I would pick up my Kindle and read for two hours before my eyes got tired. Sometimes, I couldn't wait to read the next story. Overall, I enjoyed the set by Morris Fenris. Keep on writing, Mr. Fenris!!

I have read everything I could get my hands on that this incredibly talented man had written .. and every single book captures my heart. He knows how to tell a story, develop complex characters and pull the reader right into the middle of it all.

This series is about young people growing up together, going their separate ways and making mistakes along the way. They are ultimately reunited and begin their new lives with God’s help and guidance.

This whole box set was a joy to read from the first page to the last! The stories have strong characters that interact with each other as we all hope to be able to do. While each story can be a stand alone read, they intertwine with characters in the stories. The love found, the hard road of life and the love of an entire small town shapes each and everyone of them. I am blessed to have been able to read these stories! I truly appreciate the loving care, when written, to always give God the glory!

These books are advertised as being similar to some great christian authors but they sadly miss the mark. A good proofreader would have been helpful. The grammar needs some editing. Plus in book 7, there is suddenly a paragraph about keeping the children home from some dangerous people in the area…where did that come from? They’re talking about closing the school to use the building for voting, and suddenly the parents are happy the school is closed so they can keep their kids home?

One of the other books has a whole page using the wrong name for the lady in the conversation.

And there’s more. I bought the books as a set so I’m reading all of them, but I’m kind of disappointed in them.

I offer my services if the author wants a decent proofreader before distributing his books again. They have great potential, just need a little more work.

For those who like to see an overall divine design in even the most terrible moments that life can throw out, this series, or rather, these two series have the perfect set up and remedy for things that can go wrong, but in the end turn out necessary for things to go right.
Although between books there are repetitions of parts of the previous books, it's logical considering they were published separately and there were some explanations needed for those who might not have read the previous book.
Some of the circumstances are a bit forced, but the general idea of losing faith and finding it again after trial and tribulation is a common factor throughout each story.
