This is exactly the framework that I needed in order to get moving on my health and business goals!

While I always had great ideas that would help me cut out coffee, cut out excess sugars, or help me get moving on a new business idea, I always lacked the follow through. I planned to make something happen, and after a few short days, it almost always had failed. After reading this book, I now have a new framework to take meaningful action on my goals.

I recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with setting goals and acting on those goals, whether they are weight loss goals or otherwise. While I am still in the middle of my first sprint, I have already seen incredible changes in my mindset and already see new good habits forming. I am already seeing major improvements and am taking a deep look at where else I could utilize a sprint. If you struggle with setting goals for yourself, this will help you look at it in a way you never have before.

Very inspirational and effective book! Setting goals and achieving them has always been a future concept for me, but this book has helped me to understand how to achieve my goals and turn them from an idea in the future to a present tense reality. A must read if you have trouble starting or finishing. GET IT NOW!

What an amazing & simple book! Easy to read, straight to the point! I recommend this book to anyone who would like to basically lose weight without hassle!

Of course nothing substantial is easy but this book makes it easier to lose weight.

Trevor presents a powerful process for creating change in our lives! Simple in concept, the sprints provide opportunities for quick wins. Certainly inspired me to get "sprinting" toward some goals I have failed to get moving on!
