While I always had great ideas that would help me cut out coffee, cut out excess sugars, or help me get moving on a new business idea, I always lacked the follow through. I planned to make something happen, and after a few short days, it almost always had failed. After reading this book, I now have a new framework to take meaningful action on my goals.
I recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with setting goals and acting on those goals, whether they are weight loss goals or otherwise. While I am still in the middle of my first sprint, I have already seen incredible changes in my mindset and already see new good habits forming. I am already seeing major improvements and am taking a deep look at where else I could utilize a sprint. If you struggle with setting goals for yourself, this will help you look at it in a way you never have before.
