Things have been rocky lately for brat Jayk and his dominant partner Amon. Jayk, a college dropout, recently returned to school, while Amon, the HR director at a major financial firm, faces pressure at work. Their D/s partnership suffers as Jayk deals with his stress by acting out, and Amon deals with his by cracking down.

When Jayk and Amon wake one morning to find they’ve switched bodies, each is determined to prove he can handle his partner’s life for a day. But as the chaos builds, their swap proves more confusing, enlightening--and sexier--than they’d anticipated.

This book was so much fun. A mixed matched couple switch bodies for a day and have to live the life of the other. They have really different experiences because they are such different characters. One is older, more responsible, dominant and a bit controlling, he is also totally smitten with his cute boyfriend. The other is young, bratty, ADD, always making mistakes and trying to cover for them. He doesn't know what his big handsome boyfriend sees in him at times.

At the time they have a switch they have been together for awhile and are beginning to be frustrated by each others differences. They are not sure how to communicate and don't really understand the difficulties in each others lives. Underneath it all the guys love each other and they find out how much as they try to live the others life for a day and experience body reactions and emotions from a different body.

This could have been hokey but it was well done, engaging and fun instead. A sweet BDSM story versus a dark one.

This author also wrote
By His Rules  which is quite good but it is more of a dark story with BDSM abuse and recovery.

This book was a lot of fun, but not just full of fluff. I enjoyed the use of the body switch for the two MC's to spend a day in each other's shoes and the fact that they just accepted it and moved on.

Bratty sub Jayk's POV was hysterical and reading about the older, dominant Amon struggling to get through a day at community college was a joy. While the premise is nutty, the actual story was full of emotion as the couple, who have somewhat lost their footing with each other, work to gain back the trust and communication that is the basis of their relationship. In alternating chapters we get the POV of both Jayk and Amon, as well as flashbacks to the start of their relationship and some super steamy sex scenes. Looking forward to reading the next one.

This was a lovely book. Very sweet with a twist that allowed the MC's to gain a deeper-than-usual understanding of each other. Have you ever had days where you wished your significant other could swap with you & experience the realities of your life? Well this book explored that option in a funny & quirky way. I loved that Amon became fallible when taken out of his comfort zone; & the ridiculous situations Jayk found himself in just made me laugh out loud. Strangely the BDSM was almost incidental to the story but what scenes there were, were beautifully portrayed. This is a fun, light-hearted story...probably not for lovers of hard-core action.

A super cute book though kinda pricey for how short it was, I almost didn't buy it for that reason, but I'm a sucker for a good MM domestic discipline story and this one was definitely good. I liked the dynamic and feel of these characters and despite it being so short I felt connected to them. What really got me to buy it was the sequel that's double the length for the same price, I'm definitely looking forward to some more Jayk and Amon! Whelp, off to the next one! 💚

I was a bit concerned starting this book, it sounded a little too silly and Disney, with the changing of bodies, but it was really good! I've liked JA's books in the past, this one was good too.

Jayk is a brat in desperate need of some discipline, Amon is his too busy Dom, who missed the signs. They switch bodies for a day, learn what it's like to walk in each others shoes, and come togethet at the end as a much better couple. There were a few cheesy parts, and it was predictable, but it was still fun and entertaining! The writing was good, the characters good, and the situation was interesting.

At times tender and poignant, but mostly really funny and sexy, Wacky Wednesday was a terrific read. Unlike a lot of BDSM themed romances, the Dom in this one wasn't always a brick wall of strength, and the sub wasn't a fainting flower. Amon and Jayk were complicated, wonderful characters. Jayk, in particular, stole my heart. I literally laughed out loud at some of the situations he got into. I'm so glad to see there's another book about these two!

This was such a cute story. Plenty of laughs. See what happens when a snarky sub trades bodies with an uptight dom.

Great book, enjoyed the relationship between Jayk and Amon and it was nice to the relationship from both points of view. Have read this many times now and it always makes me smile.

It's that kind of book you read, enjoy ...and forget. I liked it, it was funny, for my liking a bit too close to the kind of "nearly embarrassing" funny. Thankfully, most of the akward moments were solved before they got even worse and the book defintely benefitted from the many retrospects.
So - in the end the day in the others skin helped to focus again and everybody is happy. Yeah, me, too.
