Jayapalashri Anil was born and raised in Bangalore. She continues to live in Bangalore with her family. She has a great collection of books. Her father helped her develop a love of reading.

Jayapalashri grew up on thick doses of Romance, Crime, and Psychology. Having raised in a Royal family of KarnatakaMysore, Jayapalashri has been exposed to the ancient culture. Her extensive travels have introduced her to the different cultures of the world and helped her analyze human behavior more objectively. Her educational background in Human Psychology and Consulting has given her a broad base to understand many facets of human relationships, and the factors governing the emotional strands influencing the mental strength and social behavior.

Jayapalashri always chronicled her thoughts on peer pressure, parent-child relationships, and pressure-driven workplaces and as personal reflections.

Her love for writing emerged through this exercise, and hence she set out to write her first book.
