    I am Casey Adams I was born in the UK. The idea for writing children's stories came to me while having a conversation with my son. His view on the world is very different from mine and he finds the simple things in life funny. The things we take for granted as adults is often very different in a child’s mind.

    Following one of our topical conversations I decided to write a non fiction book to help explain bodily functions in a way he would understand and find funny.

    The body goo series began!! With my son as my creative director. Along with my other children they are my most important critics I check the book have enough educational content as well as humour before completing a book.

    I hope you and your children enjoy the Body Goo series.

    My new book series is called Love Bugs and Animals Series. These books are a fun way to teach children about the great job some bugs and insect do and why they are important to the planet. The children in the book experience a day in the life of....... this in turn helps your child to learn more about the bug or animal and answer questions they may have.

    My 4-year-old grandson picked this book for bedtime tonight and I was shocked by how much he enjoyed it. It's very funny and filled with facts that are presented in simple language that he understood pretty well. Although farts aren't usually discussed in polite society and I don't usually enjoy that kind of humor, it was a fun time and even I learned a few things!
