I really enjoyed reading this book. Dr. Rizzo explains everything in everyday language. I finally get it now, and I am looking forward to loving my body again. The only reason I give it a four-star is that she talks about the elimination diet (to find your food intolerances), but you have to sign up for her online course in order to find out how to do it or consult with a certified naturopath. Also, if you buy the ebook, some of the links don't work, you have to copy and paste it into a browser. When you go to her website, there are some really good recipes. I have also started to follow her on Facebook.

“sexy isn’t a number. It’s not your dress size, how tall you are, how small your waist is, or how big your boobs are. “Sexiness” is not something you create. It issomething you tap into. You are the most attractive to yourself, others, and all good energies when you are living in alignment with your true nature.”

This excerpt sums up the books excellently. Eat Your Way Sexy is a masterwork in explaining the mental side of dieting and obtaining that which all women crave whether they acknowledge it or not: a sexy, healthy body. Your mind is the most vital tool you possess and if your diet reflects this, you can achieve it too.

I liked this book because it didn’t just throw out a bunch of random crap about dieting and what you should and shouldn’t eat. It explained WHY you shouldn’t or should eat things, and how these affect your mind and soul. I also really liked it because the diet is very similar to the Ketogenic diet with a few changes, like the addition of some fruits, and I am a huge fan of keto dieting. I feel my best when I eliminate all processed food and limit carb amounts and to only healthy natural ones.

Eat Your Way Sexy is a great book and will definitely help you get in the right mental state to change your eating and your body.

I received this from paper raven to review. It was very informative. If you are not into the whole Enlightenment talk, then just ignore, like I did. What I took away from this is, to get to know your body so it can function properly.---- Heather

Rather than a specific meal plan, Dr. Rizzo uses this book to give some crucial basic lessons about nutrition and mindset. Short enough to digest in a single weekend and clear enough to implement right away, her easy style makes things feel less like an admonition from your nutritionist and more like coffee with your friend. Although is meant for the postpartum woman, Eat Your Way Sexy has good advice for every woman with a few extra pounds and self-esteem issues.

Love this book! It's honest and relatable. I like that it is short, sweet, and to-the-point as opposed to a lot of other similar books that are lengthier, but repetitive. I've begun following Dr. Nadia on social media as she continues to provide great content and videos on interesting topics.

4.0 out of 5 stars It's totally sexy!

The book is not mere a guide to the diet food, rather it is a way of lifestyle of inducing sexiness in what you feel other than the aesthetical attributes attached to the women. The book is written by Dr.Nadia Rizzo with her experience, creativity and flow of opinions in the apt context. It isn't about appearance rather it is more about the confidence one has in terms of one's own body and the attached thought process to it. The book is not only about the insights of sexiness, it is about the perception one has towards the relevant things in life. The book is about the process of self exploration and awakening of the different approach. It is about letting your expressions get channelised through words with confidence and ease which are somehow resistant at our subconscious levels.

I love the lay out of this book and the way that it is written. It is super easy to follow and nothing is too exotic. Takes some planning but very easy! I especially enjoyed chapter 6 and discovering how understanding the bigger picture can help us to achieve our goals. Yes, self-love, self-respect and one’s spirituality plays a huge role in our life, even for our weight loss goals!

Title : Eat Your Way Sexy
Author : Dr. Nadia Rizzo; ND

Firstly, I want you all to know that I’m practising yoga these days. And I realised, how amazing, calm and peaceful feeling it is.

And that made me pick up this book. This book is a straightforward guide to losing the weight and having the confidence to own who you are. Being skinny, chubby or sexy isn’t about appearance, it’s about being fit and healthy and a calm mind.

The book consist of 6 chapters guiding the readers step by step for healthy living. It tells everything about how to live a healthy and a happy life. The book explains some strategies for how to take control of your eating, which helps one to lose weight. It also talks about stress management. It’s not just a diet book, but it’s something beyond it. I have learnt many useful things from this book which i was not knowing before.

The book starts with the author describing her motherhood journey followed by faith in god she has.

It’s a must read.
I will give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟/5

4.0 out of 5 stars Taking ownership of the word sexy!

Eat your way sexy is not just another diet book which tells you to what to eat and what to eat but it is a book that redefines the term sexy. Her book is an inspiring read right from the page of preface as she shares her own struggle to look sexy rather what sexy actually should be. She also makes it an easy read because the book reminds us that we are human and to achieve something that our body can't get to is not realistic. The book is interactive and before starting she mentions the body restrictions one individual would have before trying to follow the suggestions the doctor has written! Must read to feel good about your body one step at a time.
