*Author's Note* I had previously published the first three entries in the Hummingbird series as part of a planned nine-book series. After re-assessing, I decided to publish the series as a trilogy instead. 'Out of Fire' comprises the previously-published stories, while 'Out of Phase' and 'Out of Time' are entirely new stories that round out the trilogy.
