Human Capital Management: A Brief Review of HR, Organizational Psychology, and Economic Systems

This work is designed to provide the reader with a brief review of Human Capital Management for executives who are interested in learning more about HR, Organizational Psychology, and Global Economic Theories. 
This work will present an overview of the origin of markets, the principles that drive human behavior, strategies for developing and managing an HR department, positive psychology, behavioral research for enhancing change management, the emergence of early economic thought, and a brief review of modern economic theories on market behavior.  The Hierarchy of Needs have been strongly influenced by the work of Dr. Abraham Maslow and Anthony Robbins via Robbins Research International.
This work is primarily designed for individuals who are interested in an introduction to the field of Human Capital Management, guidelines for compliance, strategies for stimulating behavioral change, and responding to market fluctuations from an HR perspective.  This work may be of interest to those who are first learning about the field of Human Capital Management and Behavioral Economics as well as those who have worked in the field for many years and would like a brief review of the field.
