Valiant Stories to Be Told: A Historical Western Adventure Collection Kindle Edition

4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 148 ratings

Three of my best-selling Western Adventure novels!

Thrilling, action-packed stories full of drama, excitement, battles, plot twists, and of course, adventure!

Investigating a Shadowy Crime

Jefferson Dugarall was known to be one of the most successful Pinkerton detectives, but life hasn't always treated him fairly; he was just an innocent boy when he witnessed the cruel death of his entire family. The suspicious signs of their probable murder, though, made him desperately want to solve this demanding enigma. When another heinous crime is committed in town, an impeccable chance arises for him to partner up with Grace Ridley, an undercover spy, to fight the common foe. Will justice be served eventually? Will they work together successfully, and ultimately unravel the truth behind these shocking atrocities?

On the Trail of a Vicious Killer

Jack Wilson is the fearless sheriff of Griswold, a calm city in Colorado. When he joined the force, little did he know that this peaceful place would soon be at risk. When the Arapaho mine collapses, a series of tragic events are to follow: murdered bodies of locals are identified in the woods and downtown. Jack will struggle to solve the riddle of the sudden deaths, but forming an alliance with Laura, a woman who lost her husband in the cave-in will bring hope to his mission. Together they'll be confronted with an impossible reality: is it a creature to be blamed for the mysterious losses, or is there another evil force threatening the town? Will Jack and Laura manage to trace the dark enemy and save the cursed city from another horrific loss?

A Relentless Quest for Justice

Liz Randall has been seeking risky adventures since she was a little child. She and her brother Luke are fearless bounty hunters, chasing the most ruthless criminals in Texas. When a close friend, Marshal Micah Seavers, asks them to accompany him on a quest to capture one of the worst murdering bandits and his gang, they both agree with no second thoughts. Their deal signals the beginning of a dangerous undertaking: robberies, gunfire, long rides and endless hiding will now become their everyday life. Will they manage to join forces victoriously and bring down the vicious enemy? Will this relentless pursuit come to a triumphant end or will the cruel felons continue to bring chaos to the citizens of Texas?

If you are looking for enthralling stories featuring complex and intriguing characters, and twists that will take your breath away, then you are going to have a blast with this collection!

Each book is a standalone historical adventure novel of approximately 80,000 words. No cliffhangers, only pure unadulterated action.

I just love his stories,I just love the way he writes! Ethan Westfield is one of my top western writer besides Austin Grayson! This is a collection of three books, three different stories. Not you g to go through all three stories but only to say that all three of then are on the edge reading . Fantastic characters in each story where Ethan Westfield has you knowing who everyone really is and what their make up as a person is. Writing style as always never a disappointment, you really think you are right there in the story yourself. It took me a little longer top read all three but believe you me I didn't want to stop but I took my time on these! Enjoy these stories and you will see once you start you will so enjoy and let the words sink in! Grab your horse and take a ride through the west with each story and the characters in each story!! 🐮🐮🐴🐴

Investigating a Shadowy Crime
Jefferson, Grace, and Grace’s sister are Pinkerton Detectives with the same goal of taking down William Thornton for various crimes, including murder. Grace and her sister are undercover in Thornton’s home. Jefferson is gathering evidence in a current offense. Read and see how this unlikely trio cope.

On the Trail of a Vicious Killer
Jack Wilson is the sheriff of Griswold, a small western mining town that has had its share of tragedies. Multiple miners died in a mining cave-in, now a rampaging bear is killing off citizens close to town. Can Jack find the killer before anyone else dies?

A Relentless Quest for Justice
Siblings Liz and Luke Randell are bounty hunters. Marshal Micah Seavers helps them pick their criminal bounties from wanted posters. Then one day, they join together to go after Xavier Bandicourt, a villain so evil that he kills men, women, and children. Rumors have it Xavier is invincible. No one has ever taken him down.
Can this trio take down Xavier and his gang? Read and find out.

Warning, this collection is for adults only. I like the author’s writings better when sex scenes are absent. The scenes are not necessary for the plots, and their inclusion somehow seems contrived. The scenes also seem out of character for the ladies in the stories.

Ethan Westfield is an excellent writer. This set of books had me intrigued from the first chapter. It has adventure, suspense, gun fighting and a little romance. In addition to many unpredictable plot twist. I will definitely seek out more of Ethan Westfield books.

This shouldn't have been written in the method it was. The story was just another wanna be with you left thinking wtf. Being done The Way it was made it boring and seemingly without having any definite direction.

Wow, I spent the week thoroughly enjoying everyone of these wonderful stories. I love Ethan's characters who portray his story base very well. I was desperate as the stories progressed to see what the outcomes were and then was disappointed when I got to the end haha I can never get enough. The extended epilogue always round the stories up well from an author who just keeps on giving. I thoroughly enjoyed my reading experience. It was time well spent Totally deserves the five stars I give it
