I couldn't wait to read this book after reading Teresa's 1st book. I can really vouch for her advice in both books to get debt free !! Two years ago we lost our business, house,land, boat, cars... Lifestyle.... everything to the GFC. We were forced into no credit cards & came out of it not wanting to ever own anything again!! Possessions mean nothing in the end...Health, Friends & Family are the REAL treasures in Life. And the freedom that NO DEBT gives you is priceless.
After travelling the world for 10 years with my tennis playing son I despaired of ever being able to afford to travel again. This book has given me the idea of finding internet businesses to work while I pursue the house sitting idea. I have had to go back to physical work (at 61 ) & can now save my dollars to set us up some airfares for next year. While travelling the tennis circuit I have already had practice at finding accommodations near public transport & local restaurants so Teresa's advice to get rid of the car, also resonated greatly with me... I would rather walk than drive any day !
I also loved the story about the chef & the yoga teacher combining their resourses to create a business to benefit themselves & their community.. satisfaction gained from doing things they loved far outwaying the dollars earnt..
I have a daughter who has massaged her way around the world on cruise boats, a son who the day after he finished his degree took off to USA & has been living the dream working on super yachts ever since, my 22 yr old tennis playing son has been cleaning hotel rooms for the last 18mths trying to decide what to do with the rest of his life & is about to take off to follow in his brother's footsteps........ I have been able to pass Teresa's advice on to my last child.. find something you love & go for it !!!!

Two great books, I highly recommend.. the first one gave us the idea, the second one the means to earn an income at the same time!!
In addition, my husband has now started an online business which he works at every day ( while in a mainstream job ) in preparation for our new journey next year..

The author spends way too much time talking about her own experience and how to do what she accomplished. Her ideas for other types of work are very limited. Basically, the idea presented is to get creative and you can do it yourself. The book has a few ideas, and if you skip over the repetitive parts might be helpful.

If you want a lifestyle that makes your heart sing, then I highly recommend reading Teresa's book.

Teresa got my imagination soaring. She showed me with her ideas and stories about others that it really is possible to create a life custom designed for me! (And she leads by example, too).

I'm sure I will reach for Teresa's book time and time again when I need fresh ideas and inspiration. She really helped me believe that I can do, be or have whatever it is that I want.

Unique paths have now been ignited in my psyche that I never dreamed about before.

Bravo! Now I must read her first book.
