You are always going to get opportunities to improve yourself and get to your goal of becoming a leader. However if you miss the indicators of those opportunities you are going to miss the chance. The author has explained how we can spot the those indicators which he calls signals and make the best use of them. This is a well thought out book and definitely a must read for anyone trying to improve themselves.
