Clyde "Rookie" Phillips and I go back to the early 1970's. We played "hours and hours" of softball together. I know Clyde would have possibly made it to the major leagues if it had not been for his injury in high school. I know he lived vicariously through his two sons who are not only great ballplayers for fantastic human beings raise by Clyde, and Pam, his wife. This book is enthralling and you will Love it.

Wow, this was such a great read. As a father of an 11 year old boy Nathan who loves baseball, I can’t wait to use the tips given and apply them to my sons game. I think all baseball lovers should take the time to read this book, you won’t be disappointed.
