Great descriptive information with helpful diagrams
5 Stars
Great descriptive information with helpful diagrams
Not only did I appreciate the informative material, but I enjoyed the author's writing style as well. She did a great job of explaining the background information and diving into different problems and how to solve them. The diagrams make it easy to understand and her explanation for performing exercises was easy to follow as well. I think all women should read this to have an understanding of how their body works and best practices to follow.

Dr. Amanda Olsen has written an easy to read and follow guide for anyone having pelvic health issues. It is specifically written for vagina owners but penis owners may also benefit. Included in the book are tips for improving your symptoms, exercises for your body and mind, and rational explanations for why you may be experiencing problems. As a pelvic health physical therapist, I highly recommend Dr. Olsen’s book.

This is a good book to read if you are having incontinence problems. It explains how to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles so you won't have those embarrassing accidents on the way to the bathroom, or have to wear a pad. "Oh to be a Man". No thanks. I've had physical therapy for my problems and the exercise does help, but remember that you must continue doing the exercises. Yes, I failed in that, but I am going to start again. The book is very interesting, informative and helpful.

Extremely informative content regarding the female pelvic floor! Appreciated the mental conversation insight that's critical to have. The flight or fight response is so real and the correlation made in the book made me view some of the "habits" we development is such a different way. I wasn't prepared for the discussion and greatly appreciated it. I have many friends that are frequent urinators and am eager to share a few gems with them along with a firm recommendation to get this book! Starting the kegel exercises early is so critical yet it seems this information is hidden from us.

Great read, awesome font, solid info.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book, but beware of HDHD product
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on September 24, 2019
The book is great. Incredibly important, and useful explanations for a problem that I had previously thought I could not solve. It motivated me to buy the Intimate Rose Kegel balls offered on Amazon HDHD STORE - But beware, these seem to be a Chinese fake- the weight sizes are not as advertised and there is no training manual by Dr. Amanda Olsen. These are certainly no approved by the US Medical system.
