How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Excellent basic outline of the marque. Must read for those interested in a fleshed out summary of the highlights of Norton history.

Good over view of Norton if you know nothing of the brand.

OMG the book was like 20 pages or less. Something like from Wikipedia for free

A very brief history

Very difficult to be critical of anything that cost less than a pound but the "book" is nothing more than a couple of paragraphs that skimmed over the subject. Very broad brush stuff

More of a light article than a book
Reviewed in Australia on July 3, 2015
I had hoped for more from this book. It is almost an extended article and not a book. It is light on details of the actual bikes. The focus is on the company and how it evolved which it covers in a fast moving and limited account. With more research it could have been a great book. I might well have bought the other related books but now I think not. Pity, it is a topic I love!

A very short story almost a long synopsis .

I chose to rate this three stars not for the content but because I considered it an abridged story of Norton.

Poor coverage of models
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on March 30, 2017
Focus on racing history and business issues.Minimal discussion of model characteristics- all very sketchy and disappointing- better to invest in one of the decent histories with more of a technical focus.
