This short story is about confidence. Three friendly frogs loved to sing, but they were worried that their voices were not good. So, they always wait for the rain to sing their heart.
In the rain, they believed that no one would judge them when they sing. The sound of the rain can hide their voices and no one would tell them to stop. No one would say their voices were horrible. They could just do what makes them happy without worrying about what other animals would say.
