I'm pretty sure they were purchased to bump the rating.

I purchased this as we are trying to save money (wasted $3 on this product) by doing as much of the work as possible on our new venture and needed so decent guidance. Unfortunately the six pages (with children's book sized print) was nothing more then the info you could find by clicking random links on BING®,GOOGLE® or ASK.com®

If your looking for a complete (or even basic) checklist that covers all aspects of creating an App from brain storming to seeing it in the App Store or GOOGLE PLAY® your better off spending the $3.00 at Starbucks® and doing a little research while enjoying your beverage.
